EULA - End User License Agreement

End User License Agreement (EULA) for DialogsEXE ActiveX
software component (DialogsEXE)

Read this license agreement in full before using DialogsEXE
ActiveX software component.

This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement
between you, the end-user ("Licensee"), and the author of this
software ("Author"). By using this software ("DialogsEXE") or
storing it on a computer hard drive (or other type of media),
you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

The DialogsEXE is distributed as try the fully functional,
unlicensed version (trial version) before you buy. This means:

1. All copyrights to DialogsEXE are exclusively owned by the
Author Cristian A. Dumitrescu.

2. You may use this fully functional, unlicensed version (trial version)
of DialogsEXE during a test period of 40 days. Following this test
period, if you want to continue to use DialogsEXE, you must buy
a license key (also known as a registration key) otherwise, you
have to uninstall it.

3. A license key (registration key) is required to register DialogsEXE
on each computer where you have installed this software and where
you want it registered (licensed).

By example, if you have installed DialogsEXE on 10 different
computers and you want DialogsEXE registered (licensed) on each
of these 10 computers, you have to buy 10 license keys.

Please note that the license key (registration key) is generated
and valid per physical computer; a license key generated for a
particular computer is not valid on a different computer and
therefore not transferable.

A user who purchased license key(s) for DialogsEXE is granted a
non-exclusive right to use DialogsEXE on as many computers as
defined by the licensing terms above, according to the number of
license keys acquired, for any legal purpose.

4. This DialogsEXE trial version may be freely distributed, with the
exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not
modified in any way.

a. No person or company may distribute separate parts of this
package without written permission from the Author.

b. This DialogsEXE trial version may not be distributed inside of
any other software package without written permission from
the Author.

c. Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included in the
same distribution.

5. To buy a license key, please read the Order.txt file, for details.
This file is located in the DialogsEXE installation folder.

6. THE DialogsEXE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".
NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
YOU USE DialogsEXE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
The Author hereby disclaims all warranties and guarantees regarding
the use, or the results of use, of DialogsEXE in terms of correctness,
accuracy, reliability or otherwise. The Author will not be responsible
for any incidental, consequential, direct or indirect damages,
including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business
interruption and loss of information resulting from the correct
or otherwise use of DialogsEXE, even if the Author has been advised
of the possibility of such damages.
By installing DialogsEXE you acknowledge that you have read this
disclaimer, understood it, and you agree to be bound by its terms
and conditions.
You also agree that the disclaimer is the complete and exclusive
statement of agreement between the parties and supersede all proposals
or prior agreements, oral or written, and any other communications
between the parties relating to the subject matter of the disclaimer.

7. There are no additional license fees, apart from the cost of
purchasing a license key, associated with the creation and
distribution of DialogsEXE-based client applications.
Legally registered owners may use their copies of DialogsEXE
to produce DialogsEXE-based client applications and to distribute
those applications free of any additional DialogsEXE royalties.

8. You may not alter this software in any way, including copy, emulate,
clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise
reverse engineer, the DialogsEXE software or any subset of the software.
Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or
civil prosecution.

9. Installing and using DialogsEXE signifies acceptance of the terms
and conditions of this Agreement.

10. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement
you must remove DialogsEXE files from your storage devices and
cease to use the product.
